Ajouter le lard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciselez des herbes comme de l&rsquo;oseille, du persil ou des orties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les plantes dans l&rsquo;assiette puis verser les oeufs dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les coups de fatigue : \u00c9VITER LE SUCRE LE MATIN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec ses 2 bases de petits d\u00e9jeuners, bous pouvez ajouter des amandes, des noisettes, des olives ou autres ol\u00e9agineux tremp\u00e9es pour sentir la sati\u00e9t\u00e9.
